Cleats and Sidewalls

The wide range of NILOS cleat and sidewalls practically covers all demands concerning size, rubber quality and design.

Cleats are available in various rubber qualities, with and without fabric reinforcement or in an oil- and grease-resistant quality.

Sidewalls are available in various rubber qualities, with and without fabric reinforcement, and can be supplied with sidewall heights from 40 mm to 400 mm.

The cleats and sidewalls can be supplied in segments for retro-fitting on old belts, but can also be ordered ready made up on new belts.

Planning and supervision of the work to be carried out by our sales engineers on the spot (see also section “Installation”).

The “everything from a single source” service so appreciated by NILOS customers offers the following advantages:

- supply of all the necessary components such as cleats and/or belts with the corresponding splicing materials (adhesives)

- performance of operations such as belt coating, belt assembly and belt maintenance by qualified NILOS fitters
